Smart insurance USELESS
I`ve been in contact with a useless claim consultant from SMART INSURANCE. She sends me from pillar to post for one useless dent on the boot of my car. Even when the panel beater says they will do it for free she still wants a quote for that. Which IDIOT from SMART came up with that idea. BMW must never associate themselves with such USELESS companies. They never answer their phones. Such LOSERS.
