Smart Insurance is a ****

I took the Smart insurance when I bought my car in december 2013, as advised by the car dealer that i could just take my car every end of each year for small scratches to be fixed. Last year November I called to make a claim for a small dent that was on the left rear door and I was told to get quotes from two different companies. I tried to call one but the number was not available and the other one I could'nt find the place. I ended up forgeting about that claim, up until I fixed it myself. I just called SMART again this week so they can check and fix small scratches in my car both inside and outside. The lady I was speaking to told me that I won't be able to make the same claim again. I tried to explain to her that ,that particular scratch was fixed this is for some other small scratches, she refused to listen to me. I feel they ripped me off because apparently I will never be able to make any claim anymore in future according to that lady
