SELLING INSURANCE WITH NO INTENT OF PAYING

i bought two BMW's . an M6 new and an X6 used from Se BMW. they sold me insurance from smart for +/- R5500 per car to have any chips repaired. as the policy was explained to me you can report any chips by phone and send a photo, then get a quote. the damage should be less than R3000. on the X6 which my wife drives i have now had 4 claims rejected and on the M6 also 3 claims rejected.<br> M6 rear bumper size of scratch bigger than allowance (Accepted)<br> M6 front bumper scratch at the bottom and chip on the one side. both less than R3000 but because it is on the same panel it is more than the allowance and therefore rejected<br> X6 Chip on rear tailgate<br> X6 Scratch on rear bumper. they decided by themselves that this is one claim even though it was reported separately<br> and rejected it <br> X6 damage to the middle of the bumper<br> X6 scratch on the side of the bumper. again reported and quoted separately. then they asked me for a quote for the complete bumper which they have now again rejected because it is more than the R3000. i then told them but then pay the one and i will pay the difference to which they rep**** that they cannot do that they have to repair the whole panel. therefor no claims paid
