These people are a **** and now they are not replying to my emails. I took a scratch and dent cover with them when I bought my car at VW Woodmead. My car has 2 small scratches (less than 15cm combined) and I claimed with them. They called me me after a week saying my claim has been declined because the scratches are too big. I don't understand how they would say the scratches are too big when they are below 15cm. Now they are not replying to my emails.
