Rejection

Registered a claim to repair a small chip on the bonnet and sc**** on bumper. upon obtaining quotes from Autohail Pinetown, I was given advice to rather ignore the small chip as the likelihood of the chip reoccurring was really high. This made sense to me and I therefore obtained a quote for the bumper. Smartuna refused to process the claim and insisted I get the bonnet quote as well, which I did. Then they decided to reject the claim on the basis that the amount was more than the maximum payable. <br> I also subsequently registered a claim for my rims, which was also rejected on the same basis - over the maximum payable.<br> <br> THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTALE CONSIDERING THAT THEY PAID A 6000 CLAIM TO BMW LAST YEAR FOR BONNET AND BACK FENDOR. NO excuses given.IT REALLY DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I AM REALLY OUTRAGED AND DISSAPPOINTED FIRSTLY BY THE NUMEROUS FOLLOW UP EMAILS I HAD TO SEND TO THEM AND SECONDLY BY THIS DECISION TO REJECT ALL CLAIMS. I would really appreciate an urgent response.
