Refuses to send an assessor to evaluated my car

I am terribly disappointed from the poor service I have received. This was a huge contrast from my earlier dealings with smart. I have put through a claim for my front bumper which had recently been repaired by my other insurance company. Now smart is refusing to send out an assessor to evaluate my car due to the fact that a previous evaluation had being done and stone chips where noted prior to the bumper being repaired in September. They are now disputing the claim and insinuating dishonesty. All a request is for an assessor to physically observe that all the damages have being repaired and the whatever is present on the bumper is what I currently claimed for. IS THAT SO DIFFICULT TO DO?!
