Refused my claim, yet still deducting my premium

After the accident, I contacted Bikefin to inform them of the incident. I spoke to Belinda, who was very helpful, however, my claim was rejected after they told me that my bike is a write off. The accident was caused by a BMW who is un-insured. Bikefin is now still deducting a monthly premium, but refusing cover.<br> This is simply unacceptable. I have called the call centre, and was told someone would call me, but no one has.<br> <br> Now, I have a written off bike that they are charging me every month, but not covering the damages.<br> Seems to me that they are money hungry, and too scared to even call the customers that they are *****ing from.<br> <br> AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
