Poor Service Received from Smart Paint and Dent - Mercedes promoted product
Poor Service Received from this Company.
All Pictures/photos were sent to Belinda Pretorius and when I called your company this morning the person argued with me stating that we had never sent them.
I think this is unfair from your side and your staff should not accuse clients.
We bought a service from your company and we expect you to honour your side of the agreement. If you cannot, simply refund us the money, we take our business somewhere else and also contact Mercedes SA to let them know about your company and how you treat clients.
Poor communication from your representatives as well, if they are unsure of something I had stated in emails to contact me, no one did.
I hope to hear your response on this.

The merits of the claim were sent to be reviewed by Streamline and claims management.
Per your recent telephone conversation held with claims management, it is hereby noted and confirmed that Streamline will assist with the sending out a mobile repair unit for re-assessment of repairs. A claims agent has been allocated to assist further herewith.
We sincerely apologises for the oversight and do humbly apologise for any frustrations and inconvenience caused in this regard. This this incident will not pass un-scrutinized and will be addressed internally.
