Poor service and ***** when comes time to pay
These people are trying hard not to fulfill their contractual obligations regarding my claim for dents and scratches. The dent and scratches on my car fall within the threshold amount and furthermore they do not exceed 15cm. They are doing their hardest not to pay up when it is their turn to abide by the contract.

25 Nov 2020, 13:28What you stated in your email is false, I even provided evidence that my claim was within the threshold amount and please contact the panel beaters because they told me the damage to my front fender is less than 15 cm and they actually saw the damage not from a picture.
