poor service

I submitted a claim a month ago, an assessor came shortly after I submitted my claim then there's been silence since. I request an update every second day but I am ignored blatantly. I don't know if my claim is approved or not, no one is saying anything to me I've been left in limbo yet premiums are being deducted. really not impressed with this service<br>
