Policy not cancelled and no proof of refund after almost a year.

It is disconcerting to receive the policy documents only today almost after a year when the vehicle was purchased. Also I have cancelled this policy last year.

Please find attached cancellation document again. I have cancelled this policy on the 21 November 2019. I have spoken to Fatima and Sandesh.

Please sent me the proof of refund as it is on the 21 November 2019 when it was originally cancelled.
