Pathetic Service.worst company ever
Pathetic service.. Operated like a ****a shop.. Logged a claim on 14 September 2023,dealing with Patience Tskedi, probably one of the most *********** consultants we have dealt with.. Does not address questions. Takes days to respond if she ever does respond.. Has made us do a back and fourth. Is very poor at problem solving... It's terrible.. It is almost 2 months and no direction with our claim. We starting to wonder if the company is even legitimate. I would never ever advise anyone to use this company. Even the reviews on this platform suggest that this company has weak staff, poor ethic and is not based on assisting its clients. What a mightmare...
