Pathetic service

I regret ever saying yes to a scratch and dent policy from this people. The service im receiving is very pathetic. Ive been struggling with them to finalise a claim since 10 January 2020. My wheels has been repaired by the authorised repairer on 01 Feb 2020 already and no payment for my wheels to be released to me. I must phone after them all the time to ask whats going on and nothing is being done. Really frustrating and poor client service. Looks like this is the only platform where u will get a positive response from them.
