Pathetic Service!!!

<p>I have claimed numerous times but they find every reason not to pay the claim and decline. I have sent pictures and the wrong parts of my vehicle was approved for repairs and when I ask them what on earth is going on, they go all out to shift the blame on me. Lady by the name of Martha who is a supervisor at the Dept is absolutely rude and unhelpful! She shouts over the phone and has no manners. They cannot provide good service. Smartuma is the worst repair company out there and I will never advise anyone to go with them.</p>
