Not worth supporting

I took out a scratch and dent policy on a car I bought in December last year. The never bothered sending me a policy document.

6 August I phoned with a claim (of which a quote I got for was R1000). Almost two weeks has past with no communication what so ever. I phone them only to hear that my claim has been rejected, and they don't bother communicating this at all. This is my first and last experience with this company.

Safe yourself time and money and don't take out any policy with SMART UMA.
