NOT VERY SMART 'INSURANCE'

I wish I had read all these terrible reviews before I bought this pathetic excuse for insurance. Not smart at all!!<br> <br> I had tried to claim previously but because of the amount of work required from me in order to claim I decided to wait and put everything I needed done through in 1 go. <br> <br> I paid R4000 for this cover, but apparently (it took them 3 weeks to come back to me with this) the maximum they'll pay for a single claim in R4000. I'm not sure how they can call this insurance!<br> <br> Claim rejected because the entire claim (separate incidents) exceed R4000.<br> <br> PATHETIC. I CANNOT BELIEVE MERCEDES SELLS SUCH A ****. I can't imagine there's a single happy \Smart\" insurance client out there?!"
