No feedback whatsoever

I registered a claim on the 17/08/2015 and i was advised i have to go to the panelbeater and get a quote then take photos of the damages of the vehicle and was also told that i have 30 days to submit all those documents failure to do so my claim will not be entertained. I then submitted the required documents on the 14/09/2015 as it was still within the 30 days and got a response from Sonia and she i had advised her that the left front door was damaged i told her i never said such and she requested a photo as proof that the door is not damaged, i sent her the photo and later received an sms saying \we acknoledge receipt of your quote. will refer back in 2 working days". i left it for about a week and sent Sonia an email asking her about the progress of the claim and she never responded"
