Motovantage is a ****

I had policies with Motovantage from 2019 and in 2020 I had scratches on my car during lockdown and I logged a claim and to this day they still refuse to pay the claim. They keep on asking me for the pictures of the different parts of the car. When I send them the picture they request then they go quiet on me and when I do follow up they ask for another picture of the different part. It is so frustrating because still debit my money every month for more than 2 years now.
