Motovantage are ******* and ****, *****ing from their clients in the name of policy and business but they don't delivet

Motovantage refuse to cover for the service I am paying for every month. I have claimed for dents and scratches in 2020 to this day I have not received the service. They gave me the numbers of their own Panelbeaters know that they will charge me more than what they are offering to pay for the claim. I then found the Panelbeater of my choice and I informed them sent tons and tons of emails and they are ignoring me. It hurts because I have been paying this for decades and never claimed and they are treating me like *******.
