Kaak insurance

Nothing, just ****. My claim was not approved and was not given ANY reason why! I was told in an email that the claim wasn’t approved and I should should send them my location so they can refer me for a quote; the damages are not even R5000, the amount for which I am insured for. Top-up covers are just a lot of ****, we pay premiums for sweet ****** all... and hardly claim.
