HOW CONVENIENT

On the 2014/08/05 I took out dent and scratch cover for my vehicle. I was told that EACH dent and scratch (less than 15 cm in diameter) would be covered for R3000 each, this included R3000 for the cover of each RIM. I put in a claim about a month ago and I am not told that I am only coverd for R3000 in totality and my Rims are NOT covered. I would not have taken the cover if this were the case. <br> <br> I would like the call where I spoke to a sales agent in Vanderbijlpark to be pulled and the aforementioned details verified or ALL my premiums be paid back to me within 48 hours or I am taking this up with the Ombudsman. I asked specific questions on the day that is why I know exactly what was discussed. <br> <br> I would like ALL debit orders to my account stopped and my plan cancelled.... This is a ****.
