Horrible service from SMART UMA

I was with SMART UMA, joined easily without having to send much documentation as they could pull it from my car financers.

Now I want to cancel the policy with them and suddenly they are rudely asking for all sorts of nonsense documents, proof of res etc.

I was dealing with Sonia Du Plesis who provided terrible service.
