Feedback I was not expecting to receive

I claimed on Smart insurance regarding minor dents on my car. I spoke to Lueril or something and she told me because my claim exceeds R2500 they cannot assist me. I told her why don't you take out the dent claim on the left rear door since that one is more expensive than the other one. She told me because I claimed at the same time they cannot help me blah blah blah, im sure there is a way to assist with this. I am the customer here, if I want to cancel the other dent and not claim for it its my decision, so now I cannot change that. Just tell me Smart insurance why am I paying an instalment every month if you will not be able to assist me. I will not recommend your service to anyone. Im so disappointed. You don't exist anymore to me now. You can have my instalment amount as your bonuses if that makes you happy.
