<p>I logged a claim on 8 February 2017 and can only compliment the agents I spoke to when following up on approval. Spoke to Adele Slabbert on 14 February 2017 who promised to follow up with management to get the approval through quickly. She kept her word and sent confirmation shortly after to confirm approval.
