Don't go with this company

I have had this insurance for 5 years now. I have claimed once which they only approved of some scratches as I had waited too long to have these repaired. I needed to claim as soon as possible which means every time you get a little scratch you must claim. No one these days has time to sit around without a car for a week or so. Recently I submitted a further claim which I had to submit photos and referred me to several panel beaters for quotes. After all this was done they informed me that my claim was rejected as I had not had the previous repairs done even though the second claim was on the same panels as the first claim yet in different areas. Nowhere was I informed in writing or sent an updated policy after my first claim that I would need to fix the balance of the repairs myself otherwise my policy becomes Nona void. They said I was informed through a telephonic conversation. SMART approves for one, not all and they take note of all the other scratches and note them as existing so you can never claim for them. This company just looks for ways not to pay. This is by far the worst insurance company that I have ever encountered.
