claim rejected

I have a specific SMART policy for chips, dents etc with SuperShiled Automotive Safety and Security for my BMW that I purchased from SMG last year. I had one or 2 minor chips and scratches on my BMW and decided to wait until something a bit more substantial happened to it - before I took it in to have these fixed. Considering that there is a 6 week wait before you can take your car in - I thought I would do it all at once. Yes - my bad, I did not check the fine print of the policy - to see that each claim may not exceed R3000 per claim (which I did not realise - as I had not read the policy in fine detail.) But you can claim as many times per year as you like - so who knows how much money could be spent over a 12 month period?<br> who has time to go in every time a stone chips your car or someone scratches your car in the mall parkades? So when someone knocked my left rear door in the underground parking - I decided to go in to BMW Century City to have the Supershield Agent look at the damages, photograph them and so that I could log the claim. Which I did. Only to be told after 5 days that my claim was R4200 and denied. I may not claim again on my back door. Rejected again.
