Breach of contract

I can not even begin to explain how dissapointed and upset I am at this moment. <br> <br> About 3 weeks ago a consultant from wesbank contacted me offering me a smart policy to cover UNLIMITED DENTS AND SCRATCHES on my car. I was told that if i have such incidents all i have to do is take my car to Renault and it will be fixed. I was quite shocked by such a great deal, I asked the consultant if they measure how big the scratches are or if I have to pay any excess amount and he said NO , they do not measure the scratches and there is NO excess amount that I have to pay, again I confirmed if I won't be expected to pay anything extra if i scratch or dent my my car and he said NO, I won't have to pay anything that's when I agreed to take the policy. <br> <br> Now I have scratched my car,I called smart policy to submit a claim a and they gave me a list of their own penal beaters that have nothing to do with Renault and I found out that apparently my limit per claim is R3000 and my scratches are amounting to way more than that. <br> <br> I was deceived and agreed to the policy based on lies they sold me over the phone. <br>
