BAD SERVICE
Finally cancelled SMARTUMA, what a waste of my premiums. They could not pay R1200 for a tiny dent. WARNING: PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY, VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

We sincerely apologize for any frustrations and inconvenience that this may have caused in this regard however – as per our last communique we are still waiting for the visuals to be submitted for the vehicles roof paintless dent repair in order for us to register a new claim against your policy profile.
Please note that visuals are required in order for an Assessing Consultant to validate the visuals against damage reported.
We hope this is sufficient to solve the issue and clear any remaining inconvenience.
