Bad experience

Received my policy document which I was glad about however debt order supposed to go out 1st November 2019 but did not.I then called in on the Monday and was told that I will receive feedback by end of day which I didn't. Called in the next day and got the same story. On the 3rd day when I called in I was told that the debt order was set to go out that evening which did not happen. Finally today I get a email stating that there was technical issues and my first debt order will be 1st December 2019. Seems like communication between the team members are bad and they do not keep to their word. I even asked to speak to the team that deals with the debt order but could not because it had to go through the administration department and not the client
