Bad and poor workmanship

In August 2020, I had logged a claim to have a bonnet dent repaired. It was approved and was contacted by Auto Magic in Athlone , Cape town.

I have a Toyota Hilux ,Double cab 3.0 ,silver in colour.

Ive booked and took my carto them. They have told me my car would be done the same day. Good ...later that day i arrived finding my bonnet a darker silver to the rest of my car. I have showed them that the color is not the same..they told me to leave the car another day they will fixed it. Agreed and a day later i go fetch my car,(now 2 days without my car). When i arrived ,it was washed and they was busy cleaning,i took my car , went home and did my inspection ,i saw that there was dust below the clear varnish on the bonnet. They have sprayed over the rubber joints on the fenders of my car ,there's tears on the bonnet,my front fenders was sanded and is looking very dull. There is just so many inperfections on the car. The spray work looks like it was sprayed in a garage at home. The bonnet was sanded down ,theres scratches on the bonnet,tears and dust under the paint.

I have ask them numerous times to please assist in this regard as i am not happy with the poor workmanship that was done, everyday i ask for a follow up and i am just sick to my stomach.

I do not know what to do anymore as a simple standard email just gets sent back to me. I am disappointed and frustrated, to have my car looking like this.
