Appalling service & no pay outs!

Bought a vehicle from BMW Kunene Brothers in Monringside, Sandton mid 2014 & was sold an additional Care & cosmetic cover to claim for any small damages. <br> <br> After my trip in December I noticed a 3 cm dent on the front RHS of the car as well as a scratch on the rear bumper. After having lodged my claim immediately after I noticed the damage I was asked to get quotes & send images which I did on the 14th of January - within 5 days of lodging the claim. <br> <br> After calling back several times, I was advised that an assessor was going to come through to inspect on the 9th of February (26 days later). Today ****h of February), I received a call from 1 of the call centre agents who advised me that ONLY 1 claim had been captured on the system and the 2 claims submitted exceeded the R3000 cost per 1 claim captured and so the 2 claims had then been submitted were declined. I'm appalled by the service received, the lies told and the fact that such an *********** insurance brokerage is sold as a so called \value add"by BMW themselves. <br> <br> If this is sold to you when you buy a new or used BMW"
