Unprofessional Communication

I was quite disappointed with their communication or lack thereof. They ignored me for an entire day and after that ended up refusing to assist without even giving an explanation. Its all good and well to not want to assist but it was the lack of professionalism in all that. I could've been told earlier instead of making me wait the entire day only ro be told they can't help me. Its more frustrating because they were reading my messages even after numerous follow ups.
