Suspected *****

On 3 May 2018 I purchased a dog collar from Smart Imports. An amount of R350 was paid via EFT to there FNB account. After which I received an order no 2020. To date I have not received this item. Several emails have gone unanswered. The email supp**** was ********** An email sent to Smart Imports directly denies any knowledge of said transaction claim they have nothing to do with this. I have proof of payment made to SMART IMPORTS. PLEASE HELP.
