Open my standard bank account

To whom it may concern l would like you to help me with my bank account that is not working the reason why l dont know if u can just tell standard bank to open my account thy just froze it without notifying me l take that as ***** plz tell them to open it as quickly as possible as is the account that l use when l do online shopping from Bigdeal an get profit from reselling my product to them again coz thy give me offer to resell or pay for shipping so l choose to resell back to them looking forward for a positive response thank you
