Left stranded by national chauffeur service

In bold writing on their website Smart Guyz states that they are the only national service provider that offers a chauffeur service on a once-off and membership basis. <br> Seeing that I very rarely drink and drive, I am not a member of a chauffeur service. And was referred to Smart Guyz by a friend because they offer their services to non members.<br> In order to be responsible and knowing that I would be over the legal driving limit after my New Year's celebrations, I pre-booked their service on Tuesday afternoon, 29 Dec 2015 and arranged to be picked up at 1am on 1 Jan 2016 from a specified address.<br> I was told that the driver would contact me at 00:30 to confirm my pick up. <br> At 00:30 I received no call. I even phoned them, but the call centre was not answering. ..I phoned 4 times from 00:30 until 2am. And I even tried phoning them now before posting this complaint. <br> I was lucky enough to find a friend at the party who stayed close to my house and dropped me off at home but I had to leave my car overnight at the venue I was at and now I still have to make a plan of getting my car back. <br> Very disappointed in their no show and will never use the service again!!
