Worst customer service

The sales lady at the shop is the worst. She has a stinky attitude and thinks she owns the shop. She shouted at me because I refused to sign the wrong form she gave me. Even after explaining to her about the legal implications of signing the wrong docent she went ahead and starts gossiping about me to another customer. You need to teach your employees customer service. They lack the s**** to interact with the clients and advice them on what is going on but are quick to be short tempered and act as if they own the shop. I a m taking my business elsewhere and I will write a review on every review page again highlighting how pathetic your customer service is. What happened to customer is king.
