worse customer service ever

The service and communication from the store sucks...bought couches from them and delivered faulty second hand couches and after a number of attempts telling them to fix them they took the couches and returned them as they are after taking them for full 5 weeks and ive been waiting for a refund for almost 60 days now...i think the consumer ombudsmen should get involved and close this circus of a store coz they out to rob people.
