Terrible Services

I bought a couch at Smart Furniture Maponya Mall on the 30 August and the representative informed me that it will be delivered within 14 days and till today the delivery hasn't been made and no communication was done, I called them on the 13th Sep and the representative was rude and she said it will be done on on the 15th then the day came through and still nothing on their side again and today the guy at the warehouse calls and informs me that it might be delivered on Saturday and this is really upsetting as if I knew that their services were this terrible I wouldn't have dealt with them at the 1st place and I hope that nobody I know does any business with with Smart Furniture.
