Terrible customer service from smart furniture polokwane

I am so disappointed with this furniture store..I bought dining room suite from them first they informed me that the delivery will take two weeks after order to arrive in polokwane..I made the order a month before knowing the following month I will take it home..I had to wait 6 weeks and I had to follow up with the manager at the store every time .they do not even bother for update.well I became patient with them and when the furniture arrive I was not home and when I got home I found that 4 chair legs were faulty..I informed them on what's app and Facebook they don't even apologise or anything the respond is please contact polokwane manager..I contacted her because I am the one who needs help and I realised they don't care about their clients..all she said was I "will inform them"..I don't know who she is referring to ..but I tell you is four days now no respond..I sent her whatsap asking for feedback she is not responding.. pathetic service !!
