Smart furniture worst service ever

i am very disappointed with the level of service i have received from smart furniture in Pretoria . i have purchased a dinning suite on the 25th September and was told it would be delivered within 14 days . after 14 days i then called it would be delivered in 21 working days , i then called after 21 days and I was never given a clear answer . I then requested a refund and was told lots of stories . which I refused for 10% to be deducted because the products was not delivered on time. i am still waiting for them to notify me when my refund will be processed. I am very disappointed in the treatment i have received . its unprofessional
