Smart Furniture has poor service delivery

Smart Furniture has very nice furniture however the customer service is very poor. The shop assistant at Vereeniging branch **** regarding availability of a couch set and we had to follow up to a point where we approached the warehouse after a number of attempts to get a delivery date. The warehouse confirmed the couch was not available as we were told and had to give us a temporary couch until delivery. The customer service is appalling and all we get is a thousand apologies with no corresponding action. I am very disappointed. To think the company is on Facebook and Instagram but cannot handle orders.
