Selling empty promises

Hello peter please assist, I bought a couch and a server at SMART FURNITURE in Pinetown, they said it will take 14 to 20 days, it was 18 June 2020 today it 04 August every day they give me a new lie, it Corona delays, truck strike, and they said it on the way I waited nothing, then they said before end of July I waited, then yesterday they said they are waiting for a truck it on the way but when I called their warehouse I was told they are waiting for a container but to my surprise they are asking me about the color yet they told me it on the way... Please assist I can't fight this alone anymore.
