No delivery, refuse refund

I paid R3500 for server 28 May until today no delivery and now they refuse to refund my money, Jerry in charge there in absense of manager even refused to talk to me on the land-line. He used his cell phone number to receive notification of my payment promised to deliver early, now he drop his cell says its for personal use. Even when I made the purchase I witnessed calls coming in complaints delivery promises not adhered to. I am ready to take them to court.
