Idiotic service

Smart furniture - If there was a zero rating I could easily rate you a Capital Zero with eyes & ears. I ordered the furniture before the level 5 lockdown. When the regulations were relaxed they have be procrastinating. They informed that the furniture has been made and they will deliver. Everyday I call them, they just shift the goal post, promising to deliver the next morning. And every next morning they come up with new stories ranging from the delivery truck being small, paint coming off from the wood, furniture damaged on their way to deliver. I am soosososo tired of their excuses and appalling customer service I receive from their store & deport.

When I asked them about the cancellation & get my money back, they say I will be charged 10% fee. I am not sure if these guys understand the consumer protection laws.

I am even wondering if this is the legit store or I am have been schemed.
