Failing to deliver on time

We bought a sleeper coach from this stupid shop on 2nd of December 2019 and the promise was we'll get it in two weeks time, after that promised time no one bothered to contact us and ended up going to the shop, they said we'll get it on the 23rd of December, on the 23rd no one called, they called the following day saying they had delays the container is late, we'll get it on 28th of December. I then gave up cause we needed the coach before Xmas. The stupid shop only sent a voice note on the 2nd of January 2020 that our couch has arrived. Your service delivery is really bad, I believe this shop must be closed once and for all.
