Disgusting service

My name is Mr Sithole i purchased a dinning room set at smart furnisher which cost me R15000 and i paid cash.on Monday the 4th of March i was called by a woman who works at logics dept called me to tell me that they will deliver my things on thursday Ive been waiting for my delivery since Thursday.the delivery guy by the name of Aroon told me that they had a strike on wesday a day before my delivery,and told me that he will delivery later at 6pm.i waited ,guess wat nothing.he called on thursday the same day to tell me that the table is still in Pretoria.whuch i find very amusing.he said he will deliver on Friday,friday comes hr tells me that the table got scratches so he cant delivery,he will deliver on Saturday.Saturday comes he tells me he cant deliver the chairs are short.like really.wat kind of a service is this.that furnisher shop is useless i want my money back
