Complaint of my money back

Hello Peter The sales assistant at smartfurniture was very rude and she said i forfeited the money because i took long to come back to the shop and i was not told i will loose money they did not explaining anything and there were no terms and conditions so they told me i forfeited my R1000 she said voortsek sis i must leave the shop cause they are knocking off they are in a hurry Smartfurniture maponya mall today on the 3rd December 2019
