Complain about a couch.

good day may you kindly help me I bought a couch in December at Smart Furniture cash in Maponya. Now the couch its broken and I notify the sales lady by the name of Tshidi on the 10-05-19 I send the pics and message. She confirmed that she will notify the lady that works with Complaints, it took a week to received feedback from them. 15-05-2019 I sent another message to remind them, 04-06-2019 I sent another one, again 06-06-2019 and on the 13-06-2019 I ask if the lady she still on sick leave? On the 20-06-2019 I received a call from a guy I think the name its Siya that they are coming Saturday to fetch the couch and they didn't come and they didn't call me to tell me that they are no longer coming. I Think it was on Monday same guy called that they was to fetch the couch I said to him how cause I'm at work and they promised to come on Saturday they didn't come, he said he will call me after 5 mins. Still today nothing from them. Soon they will tell me that they wont fix my couch. Now I called Tshidi I asked her the email address she refused to give me she dropped the call and she doesn't give me a chance to speak she gave me this number *** its not working. Same couch its on Facebook. I just called now the Tshepo and ask the email I just hope its working.
