Bought Charis which were not properly made

I bought a dining room suite with 8 chair at this shop in 2018, upon the delivery the chairs were very hallow like they we been seated on for 10 years, I reported then they only collected them in March this year to fix them to date I still have not received my chairs every time I call the shop they tell me that the driver is on the way I even went to the shop twice but still my chairs are not brought back and to think that I paid R17 000 cash buying the chairs I don't have their contact number ***
