Bad Service

I bought a TV Stand and Coffee Table at Smart furniture Maponya Mall on 26/09/2020. on 29/09/2020 they made a delivery, but the TV Stand was faulty and not what I ordered. They took the TV Stand Back, and delivered another one on 7 October 2020 which was still as faulty. The ladies at the store have zero customer service! and their standard response to my query is "we will get the warehouse to call you" I went back to the shop on 8 October 2020 and they said they did not have the stand and said I must take the one on display from the shop! I took back their coffee table on 14 October 2020 and I still don't have my funds back.
